I don't mean to be rude, but this case is ridiculous. I'm seriously contemplating shooting myself! Okay not seriously, but don't you think there's a better case out there that doesn't seem like an utter waste of time?
Scott, do you have an extra bullet for me? I see the relevance of trying to understand a consumers emotion but matching it to the book without overlapping is frustrating.
