Survey writing tips

I just found some information from Qualtrics that gives very good basic directions for writing useful, user-friendly survey questions. These "pitfall" tips are also excellent.

If you're planning on creating a survey (or surveys) for the primary data portion of your research, I highly recommend reading these first!
