I found this article enjoyable to read because the woman I work for (Carla) is a very loyal customer to Zappos and the article touched on some of the same points that were brought up in a recent converstation of ours.
I had never heard of Zappos but when I saw multiple packages on her door step from them, I asked her about it. She had nothing but positive things to say about the company. She said she loves how she can look at pages and pages of shoes online, try them on in the comfort of her own home, and send them back with no hassle if they don't fit.
The article touched on customer service that agreed with Carla's opinion of it and it also talked about how "word of mouth" is their best form of advertising, which was true in my case. I found this article interesting because we just had this conversation last week!
